Intro to Watercolor: Painting the Sky w/ Natalia Slattery Monday, May 11, 6:30 - 8:30 pm $25 · All materials provided Capture the essence of the sky in watercolor! In this two-hour workshop led by Natalia Slattery, students will learn the fundamentals of painting in watercolor, including washes, brush technique, and color mixing. From puffy white clouds on a summer day to a dramatic sunset to a starry night, the sky offers endless new challenges to a watercolor painter. In this workshop, we'll learn the basic techniques to render a spectacular sky. We'll work from photos and from life. This class is ideal for beginners, but also open to those looking to expand their skill set. All materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.
